1. Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Some items are made to order or created individually, which excludes them from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable regulations.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are committed to resolving the issue.

To process your claim, you must:

• Contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order

• Provide clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging

Once the issue has been verified, you may choose between:

• Receiving a replacement at no additional cost

• Receiving a full refund

3. Conditions

• Claims submitted outside the specified timeframe will not be accepted

• Photographic evidence is required for all damage claims

• We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use or handling

4. International Shipping

For international orders, the same conditions apply. Returns are not accepted due to change of mind, customs fees, or customer decisions.
